Brittany is the team leader of Lighthouse Real Estate. With years of experience and an impressive track record, including 199 listings sold in her record setting year. She brings unmatched knowledge and care to the team and every client. Brittany has a heart to serve, and you’ll often find her encouraging others, whether at a local event or over a casual coffee. Brittany started Lighthouse with a desire to combine her experience and expertise with a personalized approach. She and her husband, Nick, enjoy exploring Boise via biking the greenbelt and checking out the best local restaurants. Brittany’s warmth, wisdom, and commitment to excellence make her a steady guide for the team and every client they serve.
JOHN DILULO
John is a devoted husband to his high school sweetheart, Kylie, and proud father to two children, with a third on the way. His marriage and purpose is anchored in Christ, which overflows into his enthusiasm to build relationships and serve others. John's spark for real estate ignited through his work as a leasing agent conducting showings and helping people find an apartment, townhome or home that best fit their needs. Outside of work, John is a proud jungle gym for his active and joyful kids. He and his family enjoy Boise's parks, river, and greenbelt. They also love to spend time playing on Lake Cascade and skiing Tamarack. John loves the growth of the city and Treasure Valley as a whole and one of his favorite things about Boise is the endless, "Hello's" on the greenbelt.
DEANNA TOVES
Deanna is a committed wife to her husband, Nick, and a proud mother to their two incredible children. Raised in faith-filled homes, both she and Nick remain actively involved in their local church. Deanna is deeply passionate about God’s Word and seeks to reflect His love in every area of her life. Her love for people led her to a career in real estate, where she considers it an honor to guide individuals and families through one of life’s most significant decisions. For Deanna, real estate is more than a profession—it’s a ministry opportunity to walk alongside others with excellence, compassion, and a servant’s heart. Her life is anchored in her relationship with the Lord, a deep love for her family, and a genuine heart for people.

Founded by Brittany Brands, Lighthouse Real Estate was created with a simple vision: combine high-level real estate expertise with a more thoughtful, relationship-driven experience for clients.
After years of coaching thousands of agents nationwide and personally selling 199 homes in a single year, Brittany experienced firsthand how transactional the real estate industry can become. What once centered around volume and constant production began shifting toward something more intentional — serving fewer clients with greater care, strategy, communication, and attention to detail.
Today, Lighthouse Real Estate serves buyers and sellers throughout Boise and the Treasure Valley with a client-first approach rooted in excellence, honesty, and genuine connection. OUR VALUES
The name “Lighthouse” was inspired by Matthew 5:14–15:
“You are the light of the world - like a city on a mountain, that cannot be hidden. No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house.”
This verse reflects the heart behind how we serve — with integrity, care, excellence, and a commitment to being a steady, trusted presence for our clients throughout every step of the real estate journey..
