Brittany Brands
Brittany is the team leader of Lighthouse Real Estate. With years of experience and an impressive track record, including 199 listings sold in her record setting year. She brings unmatched knowledge and care to the team and every client. Brittany has a heart to serve, and you’ll often find her encouraging others, whether at a local event or over a casual coffee. Brittany started Lighthouse in response to God’s direction and with a desire to bring the light of Christ to the real estate industry. She and her husband, Nick, enjoy exploring Boise via biking the greenbelt and checking out the best local restaurants. Brittany’s warmth, wisdom, and commitment to excellence make her a steady guide for the team and every client they serve.
JOHN DILULO
John is a devoted husband to his high school sweetheart, Kylie, and proud father to two children, with a third on the way. His marriage and purpose is anchored in Christ, which overflows into his enthusiasm to build relationships and serve others. John's spark for real estate ignited through his work as a leasing agent conducting showings and helping people find an apartment, townhome or home that best fit their needs. Outside of work, John is a proud jungle gym for his active and joyful kids. He and his family enjoy Boise's parks, river, and greenbelt. They also love to spend time playing on Lake Cascade and skiing Tamarack. John loves the growth of the city and Treasure Valley as a whole and one of his favorite things about Boise is the endless, "Hello's" on the greenbelt.
DEANNA TOVES
Deanna is a committed wife to her husband, Nick, and a proud mother to their two incredible children. Raised in faith-filled homes, both she and Nick remain actively involved in their local church. Deanna is deeply passionate about God’s Word and seeks to reflect His love in every area of her life. Her love for people led her to a career in real estate, where she considers it an honor to guide individuals and families through one of life’s most significant decisions. For Deanna, real estate is more than a profession—it’s a ministry opportunity to walk alongside others with excellence, compassion, and a servant’s heart. Her life is anchored in her relationship with the Lord, a deep love for her family, and a genuine heart for people.
JONATHAN BORGES

Jonathan is a people-first real estate agent who leads with vision, integrity, and heart. Grounded, strategic, and faith-driven, he guides clients through big decisions with clarity and care, always focused on long-term impact and alignment. A proud NNU grad, husband to his best friend Kelci, and dog dad of three, Jonathan serves the Treasure Valley with a rare blend of professionalism and warmth. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, he makes sure every client feels empowered, understood, and at home, every step of the way.
AMBER TOMCZAK
Amber is a wife, mom, and real estate agent serving the greater Boise, Idaho area. She is passionate about helping people find the place they’re meant to call home. With 14 years of experience as a marriage and family therapist, Amber has learned the power of listening with compassion, walking with others through life’s transitions, and approaching every situation with integrity and care, values deeply rooted in her faith and central to how she serves her clients. Amber’s journey into real estate began in 2017 through property investing, and she quickly realized it was more than a career, it was a calling. Shortly after, Amber and her family took a leap of faith, moving from San Diego to Idaho, trusting God’s plan for their next chapter. They have been blessed by the beauty and peace they’ve found here. KEATON HORN
Keaton is a proud husband to his wife, Lexi, and a soon-to-be girl dad. A Boise native, he knows the Treasure Valley inside and out, having lived in Boise, Meridian, Nampa, and Star. Much of his childhood and young adult life was spent playing sports, and he eventually wrapped up his football journey right here at Boise State. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find Keaton enjoying the outdoors with Lexi and their golden retriever, Finn. He’s passionate about his community and loves helping others feel at home in the place he’s always called home.

OUR STORY
Lighthouse Real Estate was not built on ambition - it was built on assignment. After years of coaching thousands of agents across the country and a record-setting year of personally selling 199 homes, Brittany Brands asked the Lord what He was calling her to do next. The answer came clearly: create a team that would shine the light of Christ in the real estate industry. Not just through words or inspiration, but through service rooted in truth, love, and uncommon excellence.
What began as a prompting from the Lord has become a purpose-driven team - united by more than a profession. We are believers who hold fast to biblical truth and are led by the Holy Spirit. All Lighthouse team members attend different nondenominational churches through the Treasure Valley. The team has become a ministry through one of life’s most meaningful transitions.
